Though not exactly our dialog, this actually happened today.

You really feel like a grown-up while strolling the neighborhood with a baby strapped to your chest, a dog tied to your belt, and a 30-pack of brewskies.

There’s not much else to say about this.

The videos are, how shall we say, lacking in substance, but there are always two points. Hurf durf – get it? They’re actually quite depressing as the girls either:

a) Have nothing to say, but want views and they know that racks will get views

or

b) Think that the only way people will listen to them is by showing off the goods.

However, while watching about 4 of these pointless videos by a certain vlogger and becoming madder and madder at the inane babble coming out of her mouth(go to youtube and search for RE: THINGS THAT RUIN THANKSGIVING(also, we all know the real reason you’re bending over)), I eventually came across something called AshleysHugTime.

I think she is doing what I’m doing–mocking these girls–albeit with more subtlety and an equally impressive rack. I’m not quite sure, though, as I watched an hour-long-plus “live” video that made me think otherwise. Either way, AshleysHugTime content is certainly more entertaining than just watching a pair of tits inarticulately describe why something “sucks” or why it’s “hot in the basement.” SPOILER: it’s because it’s the basement. There is humor in the AshleysHugTime videos make me want to come back, as opposed to the other vloggers who are clearly just fishing for larger view-counts with some eye-catching curves.

A couple of weeks ago on Twitter Kris Straub posted some of those silly formspring questions. This one (below) reminded me that I had some ideas which would fit perfectly in the chainsawsuit style.

Man, I wish someone would do a parody of my stuff. I think that good, strong parody, even when cruel, indicates a level of attention paid or care that is rare. It really is about distilling the most familiar traits of a thing, then putting them on display in a clever way. It’s an essay. It’s a form of criticism, which can be corrective or supportive. No one has done it to me, I think, because no one thinks enough of my work.

I’m not quite sure if this is parody or not as, from my point of view, it would fit right in on his site. If I had drawn it better. It is pretty obvious that I didn’t practice drawing in that style, but I figured, “they’re just fat stick figures and I’m decent at them!” My linework could be a bit thicker, but I have terrible anxiety about drawing thick lines. Any time the line became thicker (due to the pressure-sensitivity) I screamed a bit in my head and erased.

As you now see, directly below the comic, there are some sort of social buttons. They appear to work. So if you’ll do me a favor and use ‘em on your favorite comics, that would be great.
